Volunteer to be a Class Agent!
Throughout this year, Harcum College has been working to recruit Class Agents to serve as representatives for their class. The National Board, working with the Alumni Office, is reaching out to alumni of all years to volunteer in this important role.
Class Agents are a vital part of the Harcum College Alumni Association. As the principal liaisons between the College and their class, Class Agents work to foster and maintain ties between graduates. Class agents may serve individually or as part of a group of alumni from a specific year or cluster of years. A Class Agent coordinates alumni activities with alumni who graduated in her/his class or a designated cluster of classes (for example, 1963-65.)
Class Agents represent their class in Alumni Association matters, including:
- Encouraging classmates to participate in Alumni Weekend, regional events, and other special alumni activities;
- Communicating to the Alumni Office any address changes, marriages, births, etc. that are brought to your attention;
- Encouraging classmates to support the Harcum Fund;
- Supporting the Harcum Fund each year which will serve as an example to your classmates.

Together with the Alumni National Board, we look forward to involving you in as many aspects of the Alumni Association as possible to strengthen connections between Harcum College and its alumni.
