Dear Harcum Alumni/Alumnae,
Although your initial Harcum on-campus experience may be over, you are still very much a part of the Harcum community. Harcum provided you with a unique and student-centered approach to career education, and I am confident that it has served you well in subsequent years. Perhaps you are wondering, “How can I contact old friends and roommates, send messages to faculty, socialize on campus and continue to be involved in the Harcum experience?”
The Harcum Alumni Association is the way to answer these questions. All alumni/ae become members upon graduation from Harcum. As a member, you will receive regular copies of Patches, the alumni magazine.
You will be invited to the annual reunion weekend in the Fall and to regional alumni/ae meetings, career fairs, networking receptions and various on-campus events. You’ll get the dates of our Harcum Bear teams’ intercollegiate athletic events.
By joining www.myHarcum.com, you will have electronic access to the Harcum community, alumni/ae events and continuing education opportunities.
I urge you to get involved in the Alumni Association’s activities and experience Bear Pride for yourself. You’ll find it’s a fun and rewarding experience.
I look forward to meeting you along the way.
Jon Jay DeTemple, Ph.D. President
