Employee Information Updates

Don't forget that Blue Cross offers a Flu Shot Reimbursement Program. The program pays up to $25 towards the cost of a flu shot. Go here for the necessary form.

Debit cards for the Flexible Spending Account Plan should have been mailed out directly to home addresses. Please watch for a plain white envelope in the mail. Unfortunately the mailing frequently gets confused for junk mail and thrown away by mistake.

Employees who changed dental or health insurance will receive new insurance cards.

Track and Request time off with Harcum's ezLabor Manager

As part of continuing efforts to “go green,” Harcum College has set up ezLabor Manager, an electronic database where Harcum employees may track their paid time off. Instead of filling out the Absence Report/Request for Time Off Form, faculty and staff can now request time off and see a balance of remaining time. Sick days must still be reported to your department supervisor, but will now be recorded electronically.

Supervisors may follow these directions about how to approve requests for time off as well as record sick time. It is important to check the ezLabor database periodically in order to approve time off and track sick time.

Click here for easy-to-follow instructions about using the database.

Electronic Paystubs

In an effort to be "green" the College went paperless with paycheck vouchers (pay stubs) on July 15, 2011. All vouchers can be accessed online by employees. Click here for more information and instructions to register to view your paystubs.
