FROM THE REGISTRAR
Students who have completed their degree requirements and received a diploma in the preceding August or December, are eligible to participate in commencement.
Application for Graduation
Graduation candidates must complete a graduation application and submit it to the Office of the Registrar during the semester preceding the one of expected graduation. If you have not completed this form, please do so immediately, as this is what places you on the graduation list and initiates the ordering of your diploma.
Walkthrough Status
Walkthrough status applies to all students who will not have met the graduation requirements by the end of the Spring Semester 2007 and are not degree candidates but are intending to participate in commencement 2007. All walkthroughs must be approved by the Dean of Faculty.
Tickets
Each graduate will receive four tickets for guests. Only guests with tickets will be admitted into the ceremony. There will be no exceptions. Graduates can pick up their tickets in the Office of Student Affairs beginning May 1, 2007 through and including May 14, 2007.
Additional Tickets
Students who have or desire extra tickets should contact the Office of Student Affairs. Please be advised that even though your name is on the list, you may not receive the exact number of extra tickets you are requesting. If additional tickets become available, students will be notified the week of May 14, 2007.

Students will keep their cap, gown, and tassel but the hoods must be returned.
