Shhh! Harcum has Hired a new Librarian
BRYN MAWR, PA (October 2, 2006) – Harcum College (www.harcum.edu) announces that Ann E. Ranieri has been named Director of Library Services. She will be responsible for supervising all functions and collaborative efforts of the academic library at Harcum.
Prior to joining the Harcum staff, Ms. Ranieri served as Head of Technical Services for Arcadia University, where she made numerous advances in the area of library automation, including the installation of an integrated online library management system.
Ms. Ranieri, a resident of Philadelphia, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Library Science from Drexel University. She is the current Chair of the Grants and Development Committee for the Tri-State College Library Cooperative and instructs a course in cataloging and classification at Arcadia University. |
