Harcum Students Depart for 14-Day Germany Trip

 

Students in the Interdisciplinary Studies/Intercultural Communications class left for a 14-day trip to Germany December 4.  The voyage is a key part of the class: sharing American culture with students at the University of Education in Freiburg, Germany, and practicing their own intercultural skills.  Shown here at the Lufthansa ticket counter at Philadelphia International Airport are, from left, Nursing Student Monica Lara (King of Prussia, Pa./St. Thomas Aquinas High School); Kerstin Potter, Director of the Early Childhood Education Program at Harcum; Nursing Student Tara Ulerick (Southampton, Pa./Archbishop Wood High School); Veterinary Technology Student Beth Dillman (West Chester, PA/West Chester East High School); and Medical Laboratory Technician Student Reanne Rochelin (Cheltenham, Pa./George Washington High School).
