Harcum recognizes that knowledge is often acquired through means other than formal coursework. Experiences such as employment, volunteer work, in-service training, vocational education, informal self-study, and foreign travel can facilitate learning. If you can demonstrate not just experience, but college-level learning in a portfolio which documents your academic endeavors, you may be eligible for credit toward your degree.

How it Works

 Portfolio's be evaluated by instructors of the courses in question and by the academic dean for course credit, and credit will be awarded where appropriate.
