Overview
Chiropractic Assistant workers assist individuals to function effectively in the major domains of everyday living through a wellness approach. Chiropractic Assistants focus on prevention as well as remediation of problems caused by improper skeletal alignment and muscular problems. They are committed to improving the overall quality of life and they provide direct services by assisting people to understand proper personal care. Chiropractic Assistants may also educate patients about other health issues.
The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), www.bls.gov, projects that demand for Chiropractic Assistants should grow between 7% percent and 13% before 2016.
