Center for International Programs & English Language Academy
The Center for International Programs provides a variety of services to students at Harcum College. The office issues and processes I-20's for international students and also creates cultural programming throughout the year for all Harcum students. The English Language Academy is available for students for whom English is a second language. Students can take classes in writing, reading, grammar, and oral communication in order to prepare for college and graduate coursework.
Office of Disability Services and Learning Specialist Services
The Office of Disability Services (ODS) provides testing, classroom, and field site accommodations for students who have documented disabilities. ODS makes available a variety of the latest assistive technology for reading and writing disabilities, visual and hearing impairments, and offers other specialized devices as needed. As the Learning Specialist, the Director of ODS offers access to all students through a variety of academic supports.
The Educational Success Center
The Educational Success Center's (ESC) mission is to assist Harcum students in developing the skills necessary to achieve their academic and career goals through peer and professional tutoring, academic computer use, software, and workshops. Student Support Services
Student Support Services (SSS) recognizes each student’s individual learning style and provides an array of resources and tutoring to help students improve academically. Harcum College's Upward Bound Program (Hcub) helps high school students prepare for college admission and graduation by providing year round academic enrichment, mentorship, college tours, and counseling. Upward Bound offers a residential college experience during the summer in which students live on Harcum's campus and receive academic instruction.
