Payment Methods

Pay Directly from Checking or Savings Account or with a Credit Card
A student or authorized user can make a payment online through a checking or savings account or with a credit card (Discover, MasterCard and Visa are accepted).

To pay online you must first set-up your payment account.
To set up an account log into the HarcumHatch and access Self-Service:
  • From the Self-Service home page, select the "Finances" tab
  • Go to the "Saved Accounts" section. Here you can save details on the method of payment you prefer to use.
Once your bank account, savings account or credit card is set up, payments can then be submitted from this account.

To submit a payment, log into the HarcumHatch and access Self-Service (if you are an authorized user on a student's account login using the information that was emailed to you by the student):
  • From the Self-Service home page, select the "Finances" tab
  • Select the sub-tab "Make Payment"
  • All statements with outstanding balances will be displayed. Choose the statement(s) you wish to pay or select "Pay All"
  • Once a statement is in your shopping cart you can select "View the Cart" and then edit the statements if you wish to pay only a portion of the balance due.

Cash, Check, or Money Order
If paying by check or money order, please make payable to Harcum College and include the 8-digit student ID number found on the top of your bill to ensure proper credit to your account.

You will need to print the electronic bill and return the top portion of the statement with your payment to:

Payments of cash, checks, or money orders can be made in person at Student Accounts on the second floor of Melville Hall.
