Harcum College is pleased to offer you a book voucher. A book voucher allows you to charge books to your student account prior to the disbursement of your financial aid. Book vouchers may be used at our online bookstoreFollet and in our Campus Store. The maximum amount of a book voucher is $750 per term. We encourage you to only request the amount needed, including shipping and handling.
To be eligible for a book voucher you must meet the following criteria:
- Your student account is in satisfactory standing.
- You must be registered for the upcoming term.
- Your financial aid award for the upcoming term exceeds the total cost of your tuition and fees.
- All documents required to disburse your financial aid have been received by the Financial Aid Office.
To request a book voucher please complete the Book Voucher Request below. The Student Accounts Office will review your request and process it within 48 hours. You will receive a response via your Harcum e-mail.
By completing this request you authorize Harcum College to pay your book voucher with any excess financial aid. Any unused portion of your book voucher will be credited back to your account at the end of the term. If for any reason your financial aid is cancelled or adjusted, you are responsible for paying any balance created on your student account. Your account will be placed on hold and you will not be permitted to register for future terms until your balance is paid. Additionally, you will not be unable to obtain your transcripts or diploma.
