Class Achieves 100% Pass Rate

Jacki Kopack, Physical Therapist Assistant Program Director, reports that PTA Licensure exam pass rates are at a record high. As of July 8, the 23 daytime students that sat for the exam all passed. Nine evening students sat for the exam and all passed as well. The pass rate for both cohorts was 100%! Many cohorts report "ultimate pass rate", but these are first time pass rates. In 2013 our first time pass rate for the day cohort was 95% and 100% for the evening cohort.

"I attribute this to a LOT of hard work, completed consistently....both by the students, who need to learn and apply the course content, as well as by the faculty, who need to prepare, present and continuously monitor the effectiveness of the course content. We have a really great team, and I am really proud to work with such wholly dedicated faculty members," Kopack commented.
