How do I update my address, phone number, or e-mail?
Make sure we have your current information. Fill out our 'Update My Information' form or send your update to alumni@harcum.edu

What is my “Harcum ID”?
Your Harcum ID number is a unique number used to authenticate you and allow you access to the online alumni directory. Your ID number can be found above your mailing address on your most recent copy of PATCHES Magazine or by contacting the Alumni Office at 610-526-6060 or alumni@harcum.edu

How do I login to the Alumni Directory?
Anyone logging into the Directory for the first time must use their Harcum  ID number (see question above for locating your number). After you login for the first time you can create your own unique username and password to use for future logins.

How can I get my transcript?
All transcript requests must be made in writing to the Office of Student Records.

How do I make a gift?
There are many ways that you can make a gift to Harcum. Find out how!

How do I get sporting event information?
For information on Harcum sporting events, visit Harcum Athletics.

How do I contact the Alumni Office?
The Alumni Office is located in Bedford Hall, between Klein Hall and the Bryn Mawr Music Conservatory. Refer to "G" on the campus map.
