Harcum College offers a variety of need and merit-based scholarships, awards, and grants. Funded by generous alumni, trustees, and others, these are considered "gift aid" and do not need to be repaid by the student. For most of these, there is no separate application required. Accepted students are automatically considered based on having completed their FAFSA. In cases when a separate application is necessary, it is indicated below by “Application Required,” “Application and Essay Required,” or “Application, Essay, and Interview Required.”
Students will receive a financial aid award letter in the mail indicating the types and amount of aid he/she qualifies for, along with information on how to accept these awards. For most of these awards, students must be registered as full-time (12 or more credits per semester) and maintain satisfactory academic progress each year to continue to be eligible. Note: Many of these are limited to the students attending the Bryn Mawr Campus, while students attending the Partnership Sites are eligible for the Community Based Grant and Ellen B. Farber Next Generation Scholarship Fund. Student athletes and members of Harcum's Student Leadership Program may not be eligible as they are eligible for other specific financial support.
