Ever wish you could learn more about behavior (yours or those around you)? Skills to understand similarities and differences in people's behavior, learning skills, motivation, and preferences are essential to address the diversity found in all human services. Understanding diversity in learning environments will improve outcomes, while promoting respect for each individual served. Based on a treatment plan, specific research-based strategies, and under the guidance of a professional behavior analyst, the BT helps assess the individual's performance, teaches new skills, and changes problem behaviors. This course is offered in a remote format (live but from location of your choice) and cameras are needed.
The description below is offered for those who wish to become credentialed in the field; however, this course is open to anyone with a genuine interest in behavior for enrichment.
What is a Registered Behavior Technician?
