Dr. Jon Jay DeTemple has over 30 years of experience in higher education and business management as President of Teikyo Post University, Executive Vice President at SUNY College of Technology at Alfred, Vice President for Finance at Mitchell College, and President of Genoa Art Institute.
Under Dr. DeTemple’s leadership, Harcum has reached a record enrollment of 1,700 students, new academic programs have been developed such as Occupational Therapy Assisting and Accounting, and numerous facilities have been upgraded, most notably the Kevin D. Under the leadership of President DeTemple, the President’s Cabinet oversees all academic and administrative units of Harcum College. This team consists of an experienced and dedicated group of senior administrators who help frame policy and procedures while ensuring that all initiatives align with the College’s Strategic Plan, College Mission, and Core Values.

In the role of HR Director, Hunt supports employees and the College in all personnel and related areas. Hunt began work at Harcum College in July 2018 and has close to 20 years experience in Higher Education Human Resources and prior experience in Healthcare, and energy industries. More recently he held roles heading HR at New Jersey City University and previously as a Senior HR Director at Temple University. He has an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelors from Marietta College.

Dario Bellot, VP of Administration & CFO B.A., MBA, Universidad Argentina de la Empresa
Dario Bellot has over 25 years of finance and operations experience in large global corporations and non-profit organizations including various higher and K-12 education institutions. He has held numerous positions, both paid and voluntary, in organizations throughout the Philadelphia region. A few of these positions include the Chair of the Seybert Foundation Board, Mayor’s Commission of People with Disabilities, and Treasurer of the Board for the Pan American Association and Philadelphia250. He represents Independent Schools and Colleges as a Board Member of PAIBSOA. Recently Dario was named Commissioner for Montgomery County for the Governor Shapiro Commission on Latino Affairs.

Rachel Bowen, Vice President of Enrollment Management B.A., DeSales University Rachel Bowen joined Harcum College in 2008 as a member of the Admissions team. She was subsequently promoted to Assistant Director of Admissions, then Director of Admissions, and in 2013 promoted to Executive Director of Enrollment Management. She has proven leadership abilities as well as a successful record of matching prospective students’ educational and career path objectives to the College’s programs and curriculum. Julia Ingersoll, Executive Vice President D.M., University of Maryland University College; J.D., Villanova University; B.S., Boston University Dr. Ingersoll holds the dual responsibilities of Chief Academic Officer and College Counsel. In this role she oversees all certificate programs, degree programs, and academic support offices. Her legal expertise includes contract drafting and negotiations, human resources matters, and regulatory compliance. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Dr. Ingersoll joined Harcum in 2003 as Director of the Legal Studies and Criminal Justice programs. She also has served as Executive Director of Human Resources and Legal Affairs. Dr. Ingersoll earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications at Boston University, a Juris Doctorate at Villanova University School of Law, a Doctorate in Management at University of Maryland, and a certification in Leadership and Performance Coaching at Brown University. B.A., Millersville University; M.A., Bowling Green State University; Ed.D., Temple University Ed Kovacs joined Harcum College as Dean of Student Life in November 2018. In collaboration with the entire professional staff from Student Life and Athletics, Ed is charged with challenging, encouraging, and supporting students to take advantage of all of the opportunities and possibilities that Harcum has to offer. Prior to joining Harcum, Ed was the Assistant Dean of Students at Arcadia University, Director of Campus Activities at Drexel University, Director of MBA Student Activities at New York University, and the Director of the Student Center and Student Leadership Development at Quinnipiac University. Ed holds a bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from Millersville University, a master's degree in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University, and a doctorate in education degree in Higher Education from Temple University.

Before coming to Harcum College in August of 2015, Evelyn Santana worked in the for-profit sector of education in different Director/Executive level positions for 13 years. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and began her career in Education teaching in parochial elementary schools in Allentown, PA.
